Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continued Tuesday, May 16, 2023, to close the two main entrances to Al-Mughayyir village, east of the West Bank city of Ramallah.
The deputy head of the Al-Mughayer village council, Marzouq Abu Naim, stated that the occupation forces closed the two main entrances to the village and prevented Palestinian citizens from entering or leaving it, forcing them to take long roads.
A Palestinian child was reported injured by an Israeli rubber bullet, and five students suffocated during the clashes that erupted at the entrance to Al-Mughayyir.
Israeli occupation forces follow systematic daily violations against Palestinian citizens, closures, deliberate detentions, house demolitions and mandatory deportation policy in a multiplied approach to suffocate and complicate Palestinian lives.
