Israeli occupation forces IOF attacked Palestinian workers at an Israeli military checkpoint north of the occupied West Bank city of Qalqilya, wounding dozens, today, Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
Local Palestinian sources reported that Israeli troops fired live bullets and toxic tear gas and sound bombs at the workers, wounding some of them and suffocating dozens of others.
It’s reported that the workers protested against the Israeli occupation’s decision to prevent buses, which transport workers to their place of work, from being in the place.
These buses are an easy and fast means of transportation for workers instead of expensive taxis, which are not available enough to transport thousands of workers to their daily work.
