Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) attacked Wednesday evening, May 17, 2023, the town of Deir Ibzi, west of Ramallah, resulting in confrontations between Palestinians and the occupation forces.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces raided the town of Deir Ibzi and fired tear gas canisters at Palestinian citizens, which led to violent confrontations.
In a related context, sources reported that the occupation forces closed the Dalb road adjacent to the town and leading to various villages west of Ramallah, which impeded the movement of Palestinian citizens.
Israeli occupation forces follow systematic daily violations against Palestinian citizens, including storming villages, closures, deliberate detentions, house demolitions and mandatory deportation policy in a multiplied approach to suffocate and complicate Palestinian lives.
