A massive rally was held in the Jordanian capital, Amman on Friday, October 14, in support of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Large numbers of Jordanian activists took part in the downtown area of the capital, during which the participants chanted slogans in support of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and rejected the occupation’s attacks.
During the march entitled “Friday of Al-Aqsa’s Protectors”, participants affirmed their support for the Palestinian resistance in defending Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Secretary-General of the Islamic Action Front Party, Murad Al-Adayleh, called on his country’s government to support the Palestinian people in confronting the Israeli violations against Al-Aqsa Mosque.
“We are continuing to support the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the steadfast Jerusalemites,” Adaileh said, demanding the Arab and Islamic people to support Shuafat.
For several days, Jerusalem neighborhoods and towns have been under violent attacks by Israeli occupation forces, as Israeli occupation authorities tighten the siege on the city and close a number of checkpoints.
