S.K | DOP -

The Abu Wardeh family in Nusseirat refugee camp, central Gaza Strip, announced Thursday, April 27, 2023, the death of their son, Amin Abdel Qader Wardeh (59), while working in the occupied Palestinian territory.

The nephew of Abu Wardeh said in a video widely spread on social media platforms, that his uncle had been missing for 5 days and they had not succeeded in communicating with him or knowing his whereabouts until they were informed of his dead body found in a hospital in the occupied territories.

Abu Wardeh’s son, Abdul Qadir, said: “For five days, we have been trying to communicate with my father, but all attempts went in vain.”

He added that some of the news received stated that someone had found Abu Wardeh’s mobile phone in the same place where he was severely “assaulted,” with a broken mobile phone in the “Kiryat Malakhi” settlement, south of occupied Palestine.

Abu Wardeh’s family held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for this crime, which claimed the life of their son, as he had gone to work inside the occupied territories in full health and wellness.
