The Israeli occupation forces Saturday arrested the Palestinian activist, Muna Al-Kurd, from her home in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of occupied Jerusalem.
Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces are currently searching for her brother, Muhammad al-Kurd, who was previously arrested by the occupation forces last May.
Muna Al-Kurd and her brother, Muhammad, played a major role in drawing attention to the attempts to seize the homes of the people of the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, which sparked Arab and international sympathy with the owners of the houses and drew attention to the ethnic cleansing practiced by the occupying state in occupied Palestine, especially East Jerusalem.
