DaysofPal- Israeli occupation forces have intensified demolition measures across the occupied West Bank, issuing new orders targeting civilians’ homes and Palestinian-owned structures.
In the village of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus, residents received ten demolition notices on Sunday.
The orders cover homes, agricultural facilities, and livestock structures, including a closed poultry farm.
Tawfiq al-Hajj Mohammad said Israeli forces entered the village and delivered the notices directly to residents, adding that the targeted structures are located in central and eastern areas of the community.
In a separate incident earlier the same day, Israeli forces demolished a house under construction in the village of Jalbun, near Jenin.
According to Awni Abu al-Rub, the 150-square-meter structure belonged to a Palestinian resident and was demolished on the grounds that it lacked a building permit.
Palestinian sources say such permits can never be obtained, particularly in areas under Israeli administrative control.
Data from Palestinian organizations indicate a significant rise in demolitions in 2026.
During the first half of the year, Israeli occupation carried out approximately 341 demolition operations, resulting in the destruction of around 740 structures and affecting at least 923 Palestinians.
An additional 254 structures have received demolition notices, also citing permit violations.
Human rights groups have criticized the Israeli policy, as it disproportionately affects Palestinian communities and violates international law.
The developments highlight an ongoing Israeli violence campaign in the West Bank, where disputes over land use, building permits, and settlement expansion continue to drive Israeli attacks on the ground.
