New Four Settlement Outposts Built Near Tel As Smotrich Pledged Revenge

DayofPal—Colonial Israeli settlers established four new settlement outposts in the northern occupied West Bank, according to Israeli Army Radio, carrying out latest Smotrich’s revenge pledge.

One of the outpost was directly erected next to the village of Tel, where armed Israeli forces and settlers killed four Palestinians on Friday during en mass settlers attack on the village.

The three other outposts were constructed next to the Palestinian towns of Awarta, Qusra, and Jabal Ubayd.

Yesterday, around 40-50 settlers, some armed, stormed Tel village under the guise of a hike. The settlers’ incursion into Tel sparked confrontations with four Palestinians, who were ended up killed by settlers and soldiers.

Somtritch commented on the attack, saying: “The enemy has been raising its head in Judea and Samaria recently, and sharp, determined, and unequivocal action by the army is required here and now.”

“The villages of Tel and Iraq Burin, well as the village of Beit Furik, which is near Havat Avraham, are villages of terrorists from which terror emanates again and again, and they should look exactly like the refugee camps in Nablus and Tulkarm,” he added.

He also demanded that the war criminal Netanyahu allow the establishment of a settlement at the Sela outpost, near the place where the severe attack took place this morning.

He continued: “To this end, it is necessary to transfer this area from Area B to Area C, take responsibility for it and allow a settlement to be established there.”

Hours later the crime, around 20 settlers, some armed, stormed Tel again under the guise of a hike; the an incursion that was not coordinated with the Israeli military. The march repeated the same act that triggered Friday’s attack.

Within a day, settlers had established an outpost directly beside Tel and three more beside other Palestinian towns, carrying out collective punishment Smotritch had pledged.

All settlement outposts are illegal under international law, and are established even without the authorization of the Israeli government itself, though they are routinely protected by the occupation army and later retroactively legalized.
