DaysofPal – Gaza’s Government Media Office said on Sunday that Israeli occupation forces have committed 3,795 violations of the ceasefire agreement during the first 280 days of its implementation, resulting in the killing of 1,168 Palestinians, the injury of 3,734 others, and the arrest of 149 people.

In a report, the office said the violations have continued despite the ceasefire agreement, contributing to mounting casualties and worsening humanitarian conditions across the Gaza Strip.

The report also highlighted significant shortfalls in the delivery of humanitarian aid. It said only 59,613 aid trucks have entered Gaza since the ceasefire took effect, despite 168,000 trucks being expected under the agreement, representing just 35 percent of the planned deliveries.

Furthermore, travel restrictions at the Rafah border crossing remain strict. While the agreement intended to facilitate the travel of 24,600 people following the scheduled reopening of the crossing, only 9,268 individuals have been allowed to pass through, representing a 37 percent compliance rate.

The Government Media Office condemned Israel’s ongoing policy targeting the Palestinian population in Gaza and held Israel fully responsible for the continued deterioration of humanitarian conditions and ongoing killings in the enclave.

It also called on the mediators and guarantors of the ceasefire agreement to take immediate action to compel Israel to implement all provisions of the deal and bring an end to what it described as continued violations of the agreement.
