Palestinian political prisoner in Israel, Mahmoud Issa, has completed 27 years behind Israeli bars, said the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS).
Issa, 52, from the town of Anata, east of occupied Jerusalem, was sentenced to three life terms plus 46 years for resisting the Israeli occupation.
He spent 11 years in a row, and two more years, in solitary confinement.
