DaysofPal- Israeli occupation forces (IOF) killed 2 Palestinians and injured several others on Tuesday as IOF continues violating the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip through airstrikes, artillery shelling, home demolitions, and gunfire targeting displaced civilians and their tents.
The two fatalities were reported after an Israeli drone strike targeted a motorcycle near the entrance to the village of Al-Masdar in central Gaza, according to local sources.
Medical sources said two other Palestinians were wounded by Israeli gunfire near Al-Shawa fuel station, east of Gaza City.
Meanwhile, residents in Khan Younis reported hearing successive explosions caused by Israeli demolition operations that destroyed homes in the eastern parts of the city.
On Monday, six Palestinians were killed and others were injured as a result of continued Israeli ceasefire violations across the Gaza Strip.
Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem said the Israeli occupation is escalating its violations of the ceasefire agreement by targeting civilian homes under what he described as “false pretexts.”
He said these actions undermine all efforts by mediators and guarantor countries working to maintain calm in Gaza.
Qassem called on mediators and international guarantors to take a firm stance and compel the Israeli occupation to halt its violations and adhere to the ceasefire agreement.
Israeli forces have continued to breach the ceasefire, which came into effect on October 10, 2025, through repeated bombardments, gunfire, and the demolition of civilian homes across the Gaza Strip.
Since the ceasefire was announced, at least 581 Palestinians have been killed, 1,553 injured, and 717 bodies recovered from rubble, according to official figures.
The Gaza Ministry of Health said the overall death toll from the Israeli ongoing genocidal war since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,032 killed and 171,661 wounded.
