Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said today that the US’ so-called Middle East peace plan, also known as the deal of the century, is an “occupation project”.
Speaking at the 5th Anatolian Media Awards ceremony in Ankara, Erdogan said: "Jerusalem is not for sale. Jerusalem is a red line for us."
The so-called peace plan has been outright rejected by the Palestinian leadership and people, as it unilaterally annuls previous UN resolutions on the Palestinian issue and suggests giving Israel almost everything they have been demanding.
