The Hamas Movement has said that the Israeli occupation’s killing of innocent people and its targeting of the Palestinian resistance in Gaza will backfire on it.
In a statement on Saturday, Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum held the Israeli occupation fully responsible for all the consequences resulting from its aggression against the Palestinian people and their resistance in Gaza.
Barhoum said that the enormity of Israel’s attacks on resistance sites in Gaza reflected prior tendencies to kill and cause destruction.
The spokesman stressed that the Palestinian resistance would not allow the Israeli occupation to persist in shedding the Palestinian blood or making Gaza an arena to export its internal crises.
“Such crimes will not break our people’s steadfastness and will not deter us from moving forward on the path of struggle and resistance to defend our people and confront the aggression,” he said.
