DaysofPal- The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) abducted several Palestinians in the West Bank last night and on Saturday morning, during clashes with resistance fighters in various areas.
The IOF raided Nahalin town in Bethlehem and Hebron University in al-Khalil, according to media sources, but no one was taken into custody. It has been reported that one Palestinian was abducted from al-Khalil’s Old City.
Israeli forces also stormed the Balata refugee camp in eastern Nablus, where the Nablus Brigade claimed to have detonated an explosive device, damaging an IOF vehicle.
In the northwest of Nablus, Israeli forces raided the towns of Sebastia and Beit Imrin, clashing with local youths. In Jenin, resistance fighters from the Jenin Brigade fired on Israeli forces near the Salem military checkpoint and engaged in further clashes.
Israeli forces also entered Ya’bad town in western Jenin, where resistance fighters threw explosive devices at their vehicles during their withdrawal.
In Ramallah, the IOF raided Nabi Saleh village, attacked residents with stun grenades, and assaulted two young men after detaining them briefly. They also stormed Burqa village in eastern Ramallah, where they abducted a 14-year-old child and detained another child temporarily before releasing him.
The IOF conducted raids in other parts of the West Bank, but no arrests were made.
