Gaza’s health ministry detected on 4 March 2024 around one million cases of infectious diseases in Gaza and does not have the facilities to treat them.
The ministry described the situation as “extremely catastrophic” in a statement on Monday.
The ministry added that the Israeli war on Gaza has killed 364 health workers and arrested 269 others, including hospital directors.
