Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya on Monday phoned Iranian foreign minister Mohamed Zarif and briefed him on the latest developments in the Palestinian arena.
During the phone conversation, Haneyya talked about issues related to the American administration’s support for the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian rights and the blockade imposed on Gaza.
Haneyya applauded the Iranian support for the Palestinian people and their resistance and stressed the importance of pooling the efforts to confront the dangers threatening the Palestinian cause and the Muslim nation.
