Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped on Sunday, 11 June 2023 several Palestinians in military incursions into the occupied West Bank cities.
Local sources reported that the heavily armed Israeli forces broke into occupied West Bank cities and detained several Palestinians after raiding their houses and terrorizing their families in multiple military raids across the occupied West Bank.
In Jenin, Israeli heavily-armed forces barged their way into the camp, broke into several houses, and kidnapped several Palestinians after raiding and tampering with their house contents.
The Palestinian child Abd Muhammad al-Daoud Hamarsheh and the Palestinian boy Abd Jaafar al-Taher were among the detainees and they were transferred to an unknown destination.
Israeli forces detained the freed prisoner Ghanem Hamarsheh after storming and searching his family’s house in the town of Ya’bad, noting that he was suffering from a previous injury from the Israeli occupation’s bullets.
Palestinian towns and villages in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem have seen increased near-daily military raids and violations by Israeli forces in recent months.
There are 4700 Palestinian detainees in Israeli jails illegally held by Israeli occupation including 30 women and 400 children.
