Israeli occupation forces IOF demolished a Palestinian home in the Jerusalem town of Jabal Al-Mukaber on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
Palestinian local sources reported that Israeli troops invaded Al-Sala’ neighborhood between Jabal Al-Mukaber and Silwan and demolished a home under the pretext of building without a permit.
The sources added that the home embraced five members of the Jerusalemite family of Obaidat.
According to recent data by OCHA, Israeli occupation forces demolished 42 Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem over the past two weeks.
The demolition resulted in displacing 50 Palestinians, including 23 children, and affected 600 others after damaging their sources of income.
