Israeli occupation forces shot and injured a Palestinian youth in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron on Saturday morning, April 8, 2023.
Palestinian local sources reported that heavily-armed Israeli forces invaded the Al-Aroub refugee camp in occupied Hebron, triggering confrontations with Palestinian youths.
IOF opened fire and tear gas canisters at Palestinian youths, shooting a young man in his leg. Dozens of others suffered tear gas inhalation as well.
In a related development, Israeli occupation forces stopped and detained a Palestinian youth while crossing the Al-Hamra checkpoint in occupied Jordan Valley.
The occupation forces carry out semi-daily raids into the Palestinian homes and towns in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
Under the ongoing Israeli forces’ raids, Palestinian families in West Bank and Jerusalem are subjected either to arrests, injuries, terror, or even murder.
According to Palestinian figures, Israeli occupation forces detained 475 Palestinians, including 74 children and 9 women, in March 2023.
