Breaking| 2 Israeli Soldiers Injured in Shooting Attack in Hawara
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

At least two Israeli soldiers were wounded Saturday, March 25, in a shooting attack in the town of Hawara, south of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank, according to Israeli media.

The Israeli newspaper, Yedioth Ahronoth, reported that two Israeli soldiers were injured, one of them critically injured, in a shooting attack from a vehicle in Hawara.

The Israeli occupation army spokesman confirmed receiving a report of a shooting incident in the Hawara area.

Israeli occupation forces massively stormed Hawara town, searching for the perpetrators.

As well, the Israeli forces stormed the Beita town in occupied Nablus, following the operation carried out in Hawara.

The Palestinian citizens in Hawara are exposed to the Israeli occupation forces and extremist settlers’ systematic attacks and violations, which led the situation in the town for more deterioration and escalation.

Last month, hundreds of armed Israeli settlers attacked Huwara and nearby villages and torched dozens of houses and cars. Israeli settlers killed one Palestinian and injured more than 100 others during the attack amid a spike in violence in the occupied Palestinian lands.

Earlier, the far-right Finance Israeli Minister, Smotrich, said the Palestinian village of Huwara should be “wiped out”.

Days ago, Somtrich delivered a racial speech in a meeting in Paris, in which he said that there is no Palestinian people, and they are just an invented thing 100 years ago.
