Israeli occupation authorities have been building up numbers of extremist Israeli Jewish settlers desecrating Al-Aqsa Mosque, Islamic Endowment Department said on Wednesday.
A report issued by the Islamic Endowment Department stated that 298 extremist Israeli Jewish settlers desecrated Al-Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday morning.
The report said that more numbers of extremist Israeli Jewish settlers were preparing themselves to storm the holy site.
On Sunday, more than 600 extremist Israeli Jewish settlers stormed the Islamic holy site and 800 others stormed it on Monday.
Extremist Israeli Jewish rabbis accompany the extremist Israeli Jewish settlers when they raid Al-Aqsa Mosque and take tours around it. They address the settlers and tell them lies about a false Jewish history in the area.
On Tuesday, an Israeli spokesperson said that the Israeli army secured “visit” of 22,500 ilelgal extremist Israeli Jewish settlers to Al-Ibrahimi Mosque in the West Bank city of Al-Khalil.
Israel occupied Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is located in the eastern side of the holy city of Jerusalem, in 1967.
The occupation claims that the mosque, which is the third holiest place for about 2b Muslims around the globe, was built on the foundation of the so-called Jewish temple.
UN has several times decided that Al-Aqsa Mosque is a Palestinian and Islamic heritage.
However, the Israeli occupation authorities keep on their excavation works under the holy site and these works undermined much of its foundations along with the foundations of adjacent Palestinian homes.
