Latest statistic showed that Israeli occupation forces murdered 235 Palestinians between October 1, 2015 and September 30, 2016.
As a result of the repeated Israeli violations against the Palestinian properties, worship places and increasing Israeli settlement and land theft before the motionless international community’s eyes, Palestinian people decided to take the issue in their hands.
On October 1, 2015, the Palestinians started Al-Quds Intifada and started their popular action against the violations of the Israeli occupation.
To crackdown on this popular action, all components of the military Israeli occupation, in addition to the Palestinian Authority (PA) were stirred up.
Without planning or thinking, the Israeli occupation started a wave of arbitrary murder against Palestinian civilians and the PA played its role in deterring every single Palestinian demonstration or funeral procession which chanted against the Israeli occupation.
According to the statistic, the first six month of Al-Quds Intifada saw the vast majority of murders, most of them were murdered in the West Bank city of Al-Khalil and Jerusalem’s Old City.
The average age of the murdered Palestinians was 23, while the most frequent age of murdered was between 19 and 22.
The statistic showed that 62 children were among the 235 Palestinians murdered by the Israeli occupation during this time span, including 11 under 14 years old and 48 between 15 and 17 years old.
