Israeli occupation forces Wednesday, 19 October 2022, launched a campaign of raids last night across the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, detaining at least 19 Palestinians after breaking into their homes.
Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces broke into occupied Jerusalem, Ramallah, Bethlehem, Hebron, and Nablus, detaining several Palestinians after raiding their houses in multiple raids across the occupied West Bank.
In occupied Jerusalem, IOF invaded the old city and detained 9 Palestinian young men including the Palestinian national taekwondo player and 2 siblings.
The detainees are Palestinian national taekwondo player Anas Al-Dajani, the two brothers Ahmed and Tamer Khaled Rabei, Ahmed Youssef Badr, Suhaib Badr, Moataz Kayed Barakat, Munir Al-Basti, Mustafa Abu Ghazaleh, and Muhammad Jaber.
In the south of the West Bank, Israeli troops invaded Hebron city and detained the young Palestinian man Muhammad Eid Barakat, 38, Jihad Ahmed Deais, 28, Saddam Hussein Manasra, 17, from the town of Bani Naim along with Salah Rashid Abu Hadid.
In Nablus, Israeli occupation forces arrested the Palestinian young men Mahmoud Odeh and Hussam Al-Masry.
In Ramallah, IOF arrested two young Palestinian men Nadim Samer Mazloum, 19, from the village of Al-Janiya, and Islam Abu Hadiya from the Umm Al-Shariat neighborhood.
In a related incident, the 16-year-old Palestinian youth Nader Thaer Ibrahim Jawarish reported that Israeli occupation forces broke into his house in Duheisheh refugee camp, south of Bethlehem, and kidnapped him.

There are 4700 Palestinian detainees in Israeli jails illegally held by Israeli occupation including 30 women and 400 children.
