Israeli occupation forces attacked Thursday, 6 October 2022 a Palestinian high school in the town of Tekoa in the south of Bethlehem, firing stun and gas grenades excessively toward the Palestinian students inside the school.
Local media reported that the Israeli occupation forces invaded the town of Tekoa, and directly fired stun and gas grenades excessively toward the Palestinian students inside Tekoa Secondary School, suffocating dozens of them.
It is noteworthy that a number of Palestinian Primary school students in the southern area of Hebron and in the vicinity of the Ibrahimi Mosque were injured yesterday while leaving their schools after the Israeli occupation forces targeted them with a barrage of tear gas canisters.
Last week, IOF stormed the Palestinian school of Al-Hajriya in the southern area of Hebron, raided the classrooms, and assaulted teachers and students, injuring a number of them.
Meanwhile, The Palestinian student, Rayan Yasser Suleiman, 7 years old, was killed last Thursday, while being chased by the Israeli occupation forces to death in the town of Taqu`, southeast of Bethlehem.
In recent days, Palestinian schools have witnessed reiterated offenses by Israeli forces including attacking Palestinian students with tear gas bombs, injuring and suffocating dozens of others.
