The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) notified Palesistinan citizens on Sunday, October 20, 2022, of the demolition of eight homes in my village in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
According to local Palestinian sources, three of these houses are inhabited and belong to Palestinian citizens, Fayez Al-Adra, Bashir Al-Adra, and Sami Al-Adra, and a fourth is under construction belonging to Hamza Al-Adra.
They said that “the occupation forces raided the village of Irfa’iya, handed demolition notices to four inhabited Palestinian homes, and photographed them.”
He added that there is an apparent and continuous targeting of all communities and villages in Masafer Yatta by the Israeli occupation to control more lands in favor of Israeli settlement.
It is noteworthy that the Israeli occupation army has demolished more than 300 Palestinian homes in the West Bank and Jerusalem, since the beginning of this year, according to a report issued by the United Nations.
