The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants said that US protection for Israel encourages it to commit crimes and closes the political horizon for resolving the conflict

It condemned, in a statement, today, Friday, the crimes and violations of the occupation forces, settler militias and their armed terrorist groups against Palestinian citizens, their land, property, homes and holy sites

This have come to dominate the scene of the daily Palestinian life in all its aspects, whether related to settlement expansion operations–which has raised 62% during Bennetts rule— to as is the case in the governorates of Salfit and Qalqilya.

Or the brutal repression and abuse of participants in the peaceful sit-ins that take place in many Palestinian areas in the occupied West Bank, or live bullets fired at citizens, as happened east of Qalqilya, and their repeated attacks to prevent them from reaching their lands, in addition to the crime of home demolitions and the distribution of demolition notices for homes and facilities throughout the West Bank

The ministry stressed that this violent and bloody scene imposed by the Israeli occupation on the Palestinian people is an integral part of its attempts to impose a security approach in dealing with the Palestinian issue away from the political approach and political solutions to the conflict.,

This goes in line in a systematic Israeli attempt to mislead the international community that Israel is facing “Palestinian terrorism”, to hide It is true that the Palestinian people are facing the worst current racist settlement occupation, and are victims of the grip of the occupation forces and the racist settler state.

The ministry warned against dealing with daily Israeli violations and crimes as mundane things that have become normal due to their frequent occurrence, and do not require a serious stand in front of them, as they are flagrant violation of international law.

The ministry held the Israeli occupation government the full responsibility for these crimes and their dangers threatening the conflict arena and the entire region.

It stressed that the support, and protection provided by the US administration to the Israeli occupation constitutes a cover for its crimes and encourages it to persist in committing more of them.

The ministry added that the US administration’s contentment with giving stances and taking positions do not translate into practical steps against the occupation promotes it to continue to rebel against international resolutions, and encourages it to Continuing to close the political horizon for any solutions for the conflict anytime in the foreseeable future.

Member of the Executive Committee of the Liberation Organization, Head of the Department of Human Rights and Civil Society Ahmed Al-Tamimi, said that the Israeli occupation authorities have escalated the pace of their crimes against the Palestinian people, especially field executions, prior to US President Joe Biden’s visit to the region, the latest of which was the execution the boy Muhammad Hamid in the town of Silwad, east of Ramallah.

Al-Tamimi added in a statement, today, Saturday, “The US administration is Israel’s sponsor, and therefore it is the only influential party capable of curbing it and stopping its crimes against the Palestinians.”

President Biden called on “Israel to stop its criminal operations, if America is serious about talking about the success of the peace process, which Israel has led in its infancy.”
