Days of Palestine, Jerusalem –Israeli occupation forces arrested over Wednesday night 52 Palestinians in Jerusalem.
Palestinian Prisoners’ Club said that the Israeli forces broke into several neighbourhoods in Jerusalem and “kidnapped” Palestinian civilians from their homes.
Israeli media reported Israeli army sources saying that the Palestinians were arrested for “involvement in riot that took place in East Jerusalem in recent days.”
Yesterday night, the Israeli occupation also arrested 59 Palestinian civilians from their homes in Jerusalem.
Lawyer of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club Mofeed al-Hajj said that the 59 civilians arrested yesterday were transferred to Lahav Unit in Al-Ramlah.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces also arrested several Palestinians from several cities in the occupied West Bank.
Witnesses said that large numbers of the Israeli armoured vehicles had accompanied the Israeli occupation forces.
