A group of extremist settlers stormed, on Wednesday 13 April 2022, Al-Aqsa Mosque through the Mughrabi Gate, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police.
According to the Islamic Endowments Department in occupied Jerusalem, 69 settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque and organized provocative events in its courtyards.
It added that the settlers performed Talmudic rituals in the eastern region of Al-Aqsa under strict protection from the occupation police.
Despite the restrictions of the Israeli occupation, a huge number of Palestinian worshipers arrive at Al-Aqsa during the holy month of Ramadan.
Extremist groups continue to mobilize their supporters to storm Al-Aqsa during the Easter festival and desecrate it by performing rituals in it.
Al-Aqsa Mosque is exposed to a series of incursions and violations by settlers almost every day, in the morning and evening periods.
