DaysofPal – Israeli occupation forces have continued to breach the ceasefire agreement in Gaza through airstrikes, artillery shelling, and live fire from military vehicles positioned in the eastern part of the territory. Several people have been killed and injured in various locations as a result of the attacks.

Early Sunday morning, ten Palestinians were killed and others were wounded following Israeli strikes that targeted different locations across the Gaza Strip shortly after midnight.

Medical sources reported that five bodies were transferred to Nasser Medical Complex after an Israeli strike near the Turkish slaughterhouse west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. The victims were identified as Baraa Al-Shaqra, Wasim Shaheen, Firas Al-Najjar, Ahmad Al-Bayouk, and Muhannad Al-Ayadi. Civil defense crews were unable to retrieve two additional bodies due to the danger in the targeted area.

Another strike hit tents sheltering displaced families near the Telecommunications Junction west of Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, killing four people and injuring others.

Among those killed in earlier bombardments whose bodies were taken to Al-Shifa Hospital and Al-Saraya field hospital in Gaza City were Eyad Abu Askar, Ahmad Hassan, Abdul Karim Al-Bayari, and Muhannad Krayzem.

Israeli forces also carried out large-scale demolitions of residential buildings around Sheikh Zayed Roundabout north of Jabalia camp. The demolitions coincided with heavy artillery fire and intense gunfire from military vehicles stationed nearby.

On Saturday evening, the Israeli army announced that it had killed a Palestinian in northern Gaza, claiming he had crossed the “Yellow Line,” approached its forces, and posed a threat.

Demolitions of residential buildings continued east of Jabalia, alongside ongoing airstrikes on Khan Younis in the south.

In eastern Gaza City, artillery shelling targeted the vicinity of the Sanfour intersection in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, sending shrapnel into nearby residential areas. Additional shelling struck Al-Tuffah, with aircraft flying overhead and continuous gunfire reported around the targeted zones.

In the northern part of the Strip, Israeli forces detonated three booby-trapped vehicles in the Sheikh Zayed area. The explosions occurred alongside further demolitions east of Jabalia camp.

Gaza’s Ministry of Health warned that most hospitals in the territory face the risk of shutting down due to a shortage of spare parts. The ministry stated that no shipments of essential parts have entered Gaza since the ceasefire took effect. International efforts to facilitate their entry have not yet succeeded.

The ministry also announced that the total number of Palestinians killed since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,051, with 171,706 reported injured. Thousands more remain under the rubble or lying in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams remain unable to reach many of the victims.
