50-year-old leader Wafaa Nayef Jarrar has succumbed to her injuries sustained due to torture in Israeli prisons, according to Wafa News.
Wafaa died in her residence in the occupied West Bank two months later.
Following her detention in Jenin on May 21, Israeli authorities reported that Jarrar sustained significant injuries and was subsequently transferred to Emek Medical Centre in Afula, northern occupied Palestine.
Her condition was dire, resulting in the amputation of both legs above the knee and a series of other severe injuries.
