Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have killed five Palestinians across the illegally occupied West Bank in the past seven days amid continued raids by the Israeli occupation forces. Since Wednesday, Israeli troops shot dead three Palestinians including a female journalist, while 2 other teens were killed in separate incidents.

Ghofran Warasnah, 31, was en route to her work before IOF shot her dead at the entrance of the Al-Arroub refugee camp in the occupied West Bank. The Red Crescent noted that the Israeli forces prevented medics from approaching her for 20 minutes of her critical injury before allowing them to transfer her to al-Ahli hospital, in the nearby Palestinian city of Hebron, where she was pronounced dead.

The Palestinian Journalists’ Syndicate said Warasna had worked on and off as a journalist for more than a decade. Dream Radio, a local station in Hebron, said she was on the way to their studio for a broadcast when she was killed.

During the same day, Israeli occupation forces killed the Palestinian youth Belal Awad Kabha was killed and others were wounded by live bullets on Wednesday evening during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in the town of Yabad, southwest of Jenin.

Kabha, 24, was killed after being shot in the chest and thigh, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry, and had arrived in critical condition at Jenin Governmental Hospital.

Six other people were also injured with bullet wounds, with three of them in critical condition.

On Thursday, Israeli occupation forces shot and killed Ayman Mheisen, 29, during a raid in the refugee camp of al-Dheisha, near the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem

Earlier this week, Israeli occupation forces killed two teens, Ghaith Rafiq Yamin, 16, and Zaid Mohammad Ghuneim, 15, in two separate incidents.

Ghuneim was shot and killed by Israeli occupation forces, in the village of Al-Khader, near Bethlehem on May 27th. The Palestinian Ministry of Health said that Zaid Mohammad Ghuneim was injured by live gunshots in the back and neck, and was rushed to the hospital in a critical condition before he was announced dead.

Ghaith Rafiq Yamin was critically injured after he was shot in the head by the Israeli occupation forces. He was taken to Rafidia hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The Israeli occupation forces have stepped up their deadly operations in the West Bank in recent months, carrying out almost daily raids.
