DaysofPal- Israeli violations of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip have continued for the 156th consecutive day, leaving two Palestinians dead and others injured. This brings the total number of casualties since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, to 671 killed and 1,779 injured, in addition to the recovery of 756 bodies.
One Palestinian was killed and several others were injured in an Israeli strike targeting a group of civilians near Shaker Harb Mall in the Al-Saftawi neighborhood in northern Gaza. Emergency and medical teams in the northern part of the Strip recovered one body and transported five injured individuals, including two in critical condition.
Earlier today, another Palestinian was killed by Israeli fire in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip. Civil Defense officials identified him as Bahaa Mahmoud Jadallah Al-Qarra, who was killed near a medical complex amid ongoing military escalation.
A child was also injured by Israeli gunfire in Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza.
On Sunday, nine police officers were killed when Israeli aircraft targeted their vehicle at the entrance to Al-Zawayda town in central Gaza.
Since October 10, Israeli forces have continued to violate the ceasefire through airstrikes, artillery shelling, and gunfire across various parts of the Gaza Strip.
According to daily statistical reports, the 671 fatalities include 199 children, 81 women, and 21 elderly individuals, meaning that these vulnerable groups make up 45.5% of the total death toll.
The number of injured has reached 1,779, including 526 children, 351 women, and 93 elderly people—representing 55.2% of those affected, highlighting the disproportionate impact on civilians.
The overall death toll since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,247, with 171,878 injured. Additionally, winter-related structural collapses have claimed 28 lives, including three recent deaths and four injuries caused by a wall collapse in Khan Younis.
