Thousands of Palestinian Muslim worshipers on Friday, July 8, perform Al-Fajr (Dawn) prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, marking the Arafah day.
Palestinians from Jerusalem, the West Bank, and the 1948-occupied-lands headed last night to Al-Aqsa to mark the Arafa day, the ninth day of the final month of the Islamic calendar.
People of Jerusalem are preparing to receive Eid Al-Adha. Palestinian youths started cleaning the courtyard of Al-Aqsa in preparation for the Eid prayer scheduled to be held on Saturday morning at 6:15 a.m.
For its part, the Hamas movement called on the Palestinian people, in all parts of occupied Palestine, to mobilize and attend inside the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, embodying the unity of the Palestinian people in defending Al-Aqsa and Jerusalem and protecting them from the Israeli crimes and the settlers’ incursions.
