The Israeli occupation launched an arrest spree in the early hours of today Wednesday on the West bank. among the detained was Ahmed Hammad from Aida camp north of Bethlehem, Ibrahim Mattar, and Essam Zabalah and liberated Ex-prisoner Abdullah Al-Asi from Nablus, and a john doe: a young man whose identity still unidentified from Kharbatha Al-Misbah west of Ramallah.
The ministry also added that today marks the 166th consecutive day of the administrative detainees’ boycott to the Israeli court.
According to the Palestinian Prisoners Society, Khalil Awawda (40 years), from the village of Idna, south of Hebron, continues his hunger strike for the 105th consecutive day, amid a serious and alarming deterioration in his health.
The prisoner, Raed Rayan (27 years), from the village of Beit Duque, north of occupied Jerusalem, is on his 70th day of strike as they both protest their illegal administrative detention.
The Palestinian Prisoner’s society stated that “The prisoner, Muhammad al-Halabi, was subjected to a harsh interrogation that lasted for 52 days, during which he was subjected to physical and psychological torture in an attempt to pressure him to confess to the charges against him.” which is against the international law.
