The Organization of Islamic Cooperation will hold Tuesday, January 9, 2022 an extraordinary meeting to discuss the Israeli attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The organization stated that the meeting will be held at the organization’s headquarters in Jeddah, and will be open-ended to the Executive Committee, according to “Okaz” newspaper.
This meeting comes after the continuous Israeli escalation in the occupied city of Jerusalem, and the continuous violations against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, the most prominent of which was the Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, storming its courtyards under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.
All of this is taking place in light of the Israeli occupation’s attempts to change the legal and historical status of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
