Twelve representatives from the Texas state parliament in the United States have called on the White House to compel “Israel” to cease its military aggression in the occupied West Bank.
In a letter addressed to Gilberto Hinojosa, the Democratic Party leader in Texas, and the state’s executive committee, the representatives expressed their concern about the dire situation in the region, which is experiencing one of the most severe escalations of violence in decades.
They emphasized that the immediate and primary goal should be to pressure “Israel” to halt any current or future military aggression in Palestine.
The letter highlighted the recent Israeli aggression on the Jenin refugee camp, which resulted in the loss of Palestinian lives and extensive destruction in the area.
