Israeli occupation forces attacked Palestinian citizens in a military incursion into the town of Beita, south of Nablus, on Saturday, September 16, wounding many of them and raising tensions in the area.
Local Palestinian sources reported that Israeli military units stormed Beita town’s Ain Rojan area, raided a number of shops and homes, and confiscated surveillance camera recordings.
Continuing their attacks on the town, Israeli troops attacked Palestinian citizens, who rushed into the streets to stop Israeli attacks on their homes and properties and fired live bullets and toxic tear gas bombs at them, wounding many of them.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society has documented that 22 Palestinians fell victim to the effects of tear gas fired by Israeli forces.
Today morning, Israeli occupation forces stormed Beita town, attacked Palestinian citizens and homes, terrified children and women, and wounded 63 citizens.
