Three Palestinian citizens were injured, one critically and two moderately, in a shooting incident that occurred in the town of Jadeidi Al-Makr, north of occupied Palestine, on Friday evening, September 29.
Local Palestinian sources reported that the injured were transported to the “Hayan” Medical Center in Kafr Yasif, where they received initial medical treatment for their varying degrees of injuries.
Swiftly, the injured were transferred to the Galilee Medical Center (Western Galilee Hospital) in Nahariya for further medical care.
Israeli occupation forces claimed that they had initiated an investigation into the crime, the motives for which have not yet been determined. No suspects have been reported as being arrested at this time.
The Palestinian community has been experiencing a concerning surge in violent incidents and killings, with 183 casualties, including 12 women, since the beginning of this year.
This situation has been exacerbated by perceived inaction and ignorance on the part of the Israeli government in ensuring the safety and security of Palestinian citizens.
