Settlers, often protected by Israeli occupation forces, have escalated their violations against shepherds in the eastern region, specifically in the villages of Kisan and Al-Rashayda.
These violations include pursuing and assaulting shepherds, preventing them from accessing grazing areas and imposing fines, as has happened to other residents of Kisan.
