Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday launched a massive campaign of arrests in the West Bank governates, arresting 17 Palestinians, including the parents of martyr Muhamad Kanaan.
In Jerusalem, the Israeli occupation forces arrested nine citizens from the town of Issawiya, and they are the two brothers Muhammad and Ruhi Samer al-Jyar, Rashid Darwish, Muhammad Musa Mustafa, Muhammad Haitham Mustafa, Adam Fadi Mustafa, Muhammad Issa Badr, Mahmoud Sultan, and the child Muhammad Hamza Ubaid.
The occupation forces also arrested the parents of the martyr Muhammad Fathi Kanaan, after they raided their home in Hizma town, searched it, and tampered with its contents.

Muhammad Kanaan, a Palestinian 26-year-old young man, was killed by the Israeli occupation during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in the town of Hizma, Jerusalem district.
In Hebron, the Israeli occupation forces arrested the citizens who were identified as Muhammad Jaber Abu Sell (32 years), and Rabah Bilal Al-Fadilat from Al-Arroub camp.
In Ramallah, the occupation forces arrested Jihad Al-Nahas, from Al-Bireh, and Ibrahim Shamasneh, from Birzeit.
In Bethlehem, the occupation forces arrested the two young men, Montaser Riyadh Abu Sorour (24 years), and Hamza Abdul Aziz Abu Sorour (26 years), from Aida Camp.
