Days of Palestine – Nablus
The Israeli occupation forces on Monday morning laid siege to Sebastia town in northern Nablus and prevented Palestinian citizens from entering it.
Sebastia mayor Mohamed Azem said that the Israeli occupation forces set up road barriers at the three entrances to the town and barred anyone from entering it.
The local residents in Sebastia suffer from constant acts of harassment and suppression by the Israeli occupation forces, which seeks to take over the Palestinian town and turn it into a Jewish public park.
In a separate incident, the Israeli occupation forces on Sunday stormed Shuqba village, west of Ramallah, and confiscated a bulldozer and agricultural equipment belonging to a local resident.
