Gaza registered 95 new infections from the coronavirus in the besieged Gaza Strip on Friday, reported the heath ministry in Gaza.
In a statement, the Health Ministry said the territory’s virus count rose to 2613 confirmed cases, including 17 deaths, and 850 recoveries. The number of active cases has reached 1746.
The ministry called on residents to pursue social distancing to help stem the spread of the virus.
