Gaza registered 108 new infections from the coronavirus in the besieged Gaza Strip on Friday, reported the heath ministry in Gaza.
In a statement, the Health Ministry said the territory’s virus count rose to 1927 confirmed cases, including 15 deaths, and 243 recoveries. The number of active cases has reached 1669.
The ministry called on residents to pursue social distancing to help stem the spread of the virus.
