Muslims should unite to confront and foil plots to liquidate the Palestinian cause, Dr. Mahmoud al-Zahhar, a Hamas leader and head of its parliamentary bloc, said on Wednesday.
Zahhar, speaking at a webinar for university professors, said that the Arabs and Muslims should restore their role in the Palestine cause and should unite in face of the US-led liquidation project of the Palestinian question, which he described as their central cause.
He called on Arabs, Muslims, and free people of the world to work for the liberation of Palestine and end the oppression befalling the Palestinian people, land, and holy shrines.
The Palestinian MP said that the Palestinians have been struggling with the pandemic of occupation ever since 1948. He called in this regard for lobbying for the release of Palestinian prisoners, especially women, children, and the sick, who are in grave danger of contracting the Coronavirus in Israeli prions due to the arbitrary measures taken against them.
