Three Palestinian prisoners from the northern West Bank district of Jenin have completed 18 years in Israeli jails for resisting the occupation, today said Muntaser Samoor, head of the Jenin office of the Palestinian Prisoner Society.
He identified the three as Hassan Rateb Oweis, from Jenin refugee camp and serving a life sentence, Muhannad Khaled Sheikh Ibrahim, from the town of Kufr Rai serving 24 years’ sentence, and Fadi Mohammad Abu Ali, from Silat al-Dahr serving 20 years.
The three were arrested on April 8, 2002.
