The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip confirmed in a report released on Tuesday that no cases of COVID 19 Virus in the enclave so far.
A compulsory quarantine done for all returnees on Sunday through Rafah and Beit Hanoun crossings at special quarantine centers, the Ministry said.
It added that the number of cases entered in the private quarantine was 240 cases in which the symptoms of the disease didn't appear.
The number of cases subject to the domestic quarantine reached 2778 cases which made for all returnees through the Rafah crossing for a period of 14 days, beginning on 3/3/2020, 111 new returnees have been added on, according to the Ministry.
The list of quarantine target countries has been expanded to include Spain, Germany, France & Italy, in addition to China, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Iran and Singapore.
