Sudanese Journalists slam their leader’s meeting with Israeli premier

Days of Palestine -

The Sudanese Journalists’ Union strongly condemned the meeting held yesterday in Uganda between Sudanese leader Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, describing it as “a black day” for the Arab African country.

It also described the meeting in a statement as a “the deepest stab in the back and heart of the Sudanese people, who have always been supportive of the Palestinian cause.”

"We, the Sudanese journalists, will be at the forefront of those who reject this failed and defeated normalization step of treachery,” the statement added, stressing that they are strongly against normalization with Israel and that they will resist it by all means.
