Fatah’s success in celebrating its founding anniversary in the Gaza Strip has reflected the sincere national approach used by the Hamas Movement to deal with other rivals, a statement released on Wednesday by the resistance group said.
Hamas affirmed its keenness on working according to such “responsible national spirit, to pave the way for an inclusive national vision that can unite all spectra of the Palestinian people.”
“Together with our people at home and abroad, we saw the founding anniversary celebrations of many Palestinian factions in the Gaza Strip, which culminated with Fatah’s celebrations today and yesterday,” Hamas said.
The Movement expressed its pride in “the efforts that it has made successfully alongside with other patriots to make Gaza an exemplary national environment where all forms of national, popular and democratic work take place freely and with no restriction.”
