Days Of Palestine – Ramallah
Two Palestinian children were seriously injured on Sunday afternoon by Israeli occupation army shooting at the entrance of Jalazoun refugee camp in Ramallah.
Raed Dalaysha, a member of the camp’s popular committee, said that the two children were returning home from school when Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at students.
He said that the IOF soldiers provoked the students on leaving their school leading to confrontations in which the IOF used live fire and teargas grenades against the pupils.
He said that 13-year-old Raji al-Tayeh was hit with three bullets in his hand while 14-year-old Amir al-Zubaidi was hit with shrapnel in his chest. Both were taken in a private car to hospital where their condition was described as “serious”, Dalaysha pointed out.
