Days Of Palestine – Gaza
The head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" Ismail Haniyeh sent letters to the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the heads and kings and princes of Islamic countries, at its fourteenth regular session.
In his messages, Haniyeh addressed the dangers and challenges facing the Palestinian cause which threaten its present and future existence. This includes the threat of the Zionist terrorism practiced against the Palestinian people and land in Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip and its escalation through building settlement, Judaization, displacement and siege.
He pointed to the American administration's bias toward the occupation, its racist and criminal agendas, and its adoption of extremist government positions. It is now dedicated to the tripartite team of US President Trump Kouchner-Greenblatt-Friedman.
Haniyeh pointed out that the American team is playing suspicious roles to market projects and political or economic solutions aimed at essentially ignoring the Palestinian cause, and striking deep the rights of the Palestinian people.
He also called on the heads of state at the conference to work to make the Mecca Declaration a unified Islamic position in building a roadmap toward ending the Israeli occupation of Palestine and achieving the aspirations of the Palestinian people of liberation and return.
He urged them to declare an active and urgent Islamic movement that protects the occupied city of Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa Mosque, and Islamic and Christian sanctities in addition to confronting the policy of criminal and racist occupation against it and put an end to the plans of Judaization, division, displacement and deportation.
Furthermore, Haniyeh stressed on the importance of supporting the steadfastness of the Jerusalemites and their adherence to their land and to protect them from the dangers of restricting their lives and livelihoods by smuggling and selling their properties to settlement associations. In addition, he emphasized the need to put an end to the repeated incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque and to support the Jerusalemites in defending it.
He rejected all projects and plans marketed by the US administration and promoted through the so-called "Deal of the Century," warning of the seriousness of the violation of the rights and key issues of the Palestinian people considering them fixed rights.
Haniyeh noted that the rights are not negotiable and can not be waived or compromised, and no party has the right to do so, noting that the Palestinian people in all their places of existence will not allow this conspiracy to pass, and all options will remain open to defend the Palestinian land and sanctities by all possible means until the demise of the occupation.
The right of return of the Palestinian refugees to their towns and villages from which they have been displaced is an inalienable right, as he called for their protection from all forms of discrimination and racism and for granting them their natural rights in employment, mobility and ownership as a humanitarian and moral duty.
Haniyeh called on the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) to continue its provision of services to more than 5 million Palestinian refugee and to reject all settlement projects and alternative homeland, and to seeking to prosecute the occupation for crimes committed against the Palestinian people during the 71 year-old Nakba.
Haniyeh called on the heads of state at the conference to work to end and break the unjust siege imposed on the Gaza Strip for 13 years and put an end to the suffering of more than 2 million people and threaten their lives and slow death.
He also called on them to warn the occupation of the consequences of continuing its aggression against the Palestinian people and targeting the lives of unarmed civilians, women, children and the elderly, and to hold the full responsibility for the consequences of escalation and repeated violations.
Haniyeh pointed out that the Zionist occupation is the first common enemy of the entire Muslim Ummah, and that attempts to polish its image and courting it, under occupation and criminalization against the land and the Palestinian people, are desperate attempts that will not succeed in planting and infiltrating its raging entity into the body of our Islamic nation.
He called for the rejection and criminalization of projects normalization relations with him, and work to support the boycott and isolation, politically, economically, culturally, academically and sports.
In the letter, Haniyeh expressed his appreciation for the distinguished political and diplomatic positions and roles in the international forums of all the Islamic countries, a victory for Palestine and defense of Jerusalem and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, in solidarity with the Palestinian people and in support of his legitimate struggle to wrest his rights.
The President of the Political Bureau expressed his hope and aspirations that the efforts and roles of the Islamic Ummah would be united and united in order to stand united against all suspicious attempts to approve or pass projects that contradict the unity, identity, principles, constants, history and struggle of the nation.
He wished the Islamic Summit success in accomplishing its goals and out of honorable positions that would establish a bright future and a better tomorrow for the entire Islamic Ummah, and at the heart of which is Palestine and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. The Palestinian people have taken their freedom and their rights, liberated their land and sanctities and established their independent state on the land of Palestine. Jerusalem.
